Schengen visa

Documents required for Schengen visa for Saudis:

• 1A clear copy of your passport.
• 2Two photos, 35mm*45mm, with a white background, head uncovered, without a shemagh, agal or glasses.
• 3An official work letter from the sponsor, indicating the work system, position, contract duration, start date of work and salary, stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.
• 4Original medical insurance (and one printed copy), covering the entire period of stay and valid for all European countries.
• 5Bank statement in English for the last six months, stamped by the bank itself.
• 6The original passport is valid for another six months after departure from the Schengen territory.
• 7A clear copy of the Saudi ID card (for Saudi citizens) and a clear copy of the family card (in case the family is traveling)
• 8A copy of previous European visas, if any.

Additional requirements for residents of the Kingdom for a Schengen visa:

• 1Residence permit and one copy thereof. The residence permit must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submitting the visa application.
• 2The exit and return visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be valid beyond the scheduled date of departure from the territory of European countries.
• 3If any of the applicants are children, please bring a letter from the school.

Please note the following:

• It must be used by the visa holder personally (without exception).
• All documents must be submitted in English.
